Dear Friend,
In today’s culture, we are often encouraged to churn out work as quickly as possible so we can move on to the next task. However, the ideal approach is not so black and white. There is a place where both speed and patience can and should come together. When we find this place, beautiful things can and will come true — I wholeheartedly believe this.
Unfortunately, the letter I am currently writing needs more time to mature. I had a case of writer’s block this week and the words for the current letter did not start flowing until Friday/Saturday.
Before I post something, I like to give my work time to breath so I can come back to it with fresh eyes. Posting the letter now feels rushed — it would be like eating a fruit before it ripens. In light of this, I am going to take my own advice and postpone my current letter until next Sunday.
In the meantime, feel free to read my newsletter from last week or listen to my recent podcast episode if you missed them.
We will talk again soon — I promise! Until then, I am sending lots of love and light to all of you.
